I’ve always felt most alive outdoors—swimming in cool rivers, hiking through dense trails, tending a garden under the sun, and chasing waterfalls hidden deep in rainforest paths. Nature is where I recharge and feel connected. But there’s one thing that always follows me into these beautiful places: insects. No matter where I go, I seem to be the one who gets bitten the most.

Over time, those constant bites turned from a small annoyance into a bigger realization. If someone like me—who loves being outside—is struggling to enjoy nature because of harsh chemical sprays or relentless bugs, there must be many others facing the same problem. I began wondering: what if there were a natural, effective way to protect people from insects without forcing them to choose between their health and the outdoors they love?

Starting a natural insect repellent business would be my way of solving a problem I personally experience every time I step outside. It would combine my passion for nature with a mission to help others enjoy it more comfortably. By using plant-based ingredients and environmentally conscious methods, I could create a product that protects people while respecting the ecosystems we explore. In a way, the very thing that’s been bothering me for years—the insect bites—might be the inspiration for something meaningful: helping people reconnect with nature without fear of being eaten alive.
